I would first try it in small loaf pans, and oil and flour the pans first with grapeseed oil and moland flour, like Elana's other bread recipes. You might also let them cool for 1 hour in the loaf pans before turning them out. You could also try using parchment paper inside the loaf pan, at least on the bottom, to get them to come out easier. That would kind of take the place of the muffin papers. Let us know how they turn out!
